How do I book an appointment?
You can book through our online booking system, by phone, or by visiting us in person. We recommend booking at least one week in advance for weekend appointments.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome walk-ins when availability allows. However, to ensure you get the stylist and time slot you prefer, we recommend booking in advance.
What products do you use?
We use only premium, salon-quality products from brands like Oribe, Kerastase, and Olaplex. Our products are available for purchase at the salon.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer complimentary consultations for new clients or for major color changes and transformations. Schedule one to discuss your vision.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have complimentary valet parking for all clients. Street parking and nearby garages are also available in the area.
